Came across these horses at a farm stand in Pennsylvania. They were taking a needed rest from pulling a hay wagon full of squealing kids.

I bought a clump of Staghorn Sumac from the Lucky Dog Farm stand at the Callicoon, NY Farmer’s Market.
Put the clump in a large glass container filled with water and leave it in the sun for a few days. Remove the sumac, add some ice cubes and you’ll enjoy a nice citrus-y tasting tea.
